LaunchGood: Supporting You Through Your Fundraising Experience

After you create your Qurbani fundraising on the platform, you will encounter a new form. To help you get started, we will share a short guide to the key terms in the form. on their official website, you can find them all visualized for an easier understanding of your crowdfunding experience during Dhul Hijjah.
After you choose the Qurbani option mentioned above, you will come across a fresh form to get started. You will need to select the country of Qurbani, then the animal you will be offering and the amount of Qurbanis you can offer this Dhul Hijjah.  You need to understand the shares based on the animal you choose.

Best Practices Unfolded

The first practice is that it allows you to add only one country per giving level. It is important to note that multiple countries can’t be selected by fellow Muslim brothers and sisters. Same as per animals, you will need to pick only one not multiple. The very last but not least step is providing an update after Qurbani.
As Muslims, we stand together to support those in need. Giving, even the smallest amount can mean everything to someone else. Let this upcoming Qurbani Eid and the days of Dhul Hijjah remind us of our Prophet and his teachings.
The most prominent practice of the first 10 days of Dhul Hijjah is the sacrifice, thats why it is called Eid of Sacrifice, Eid al-Adha. And while we know it is symbolic of Prophet Ibrahim (as) and the test of sacrifice given to him by Allah, there is more to it. Dr. Omar Suleiman delves into the significance and meaning of this practice. Learn more about that here
Yaqeen unfolds ways to maximize the impact and make the most of the first days of Dhul Hijjah, learn more about that here.
