January 27, 2021
Description
Up Next

Because there is no pain like losing a child, there is no reward like bearing such a tragedy with patience. How does a parent cope with the pain of losing a child? Where does the child go after they die? Are they alone or are they in the company of others? When will their parents see them again?

00:01 Prophet Muhammad ﷺ seeing children in Jannah

On the night of Isra and Miraj, the Prophet ﷺ came across a scene of a beautiful garden. In it was a man who was so tall that his heads were above the clouds in that garden. This man was surrounded by the largest number of children that the Prophet ﷺ had seen. The angels told the Prophet ﷺ that the man was Prophet Ibrahim (AS) and the children were the children who had died in a state of fitra.
