This month marks a half-millennium since Martin Luther launched a challenge to the Catholic Church known as the Protestant Reformation, which remade Christianity in the West. To mark the anniversary, The Washington Post asked faith leaders, as well as Post readers: “What do you think needs reforming in the practice of religion in the United States today?”
