Yaqeen is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager. In this position, you will use your love for brand strategy, user analytics, to interact with our audience in a creative and meaningful way. Working closely with the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for engaging in conversations that directly impact the organizational objectives. Your vision and understanding will be applied in a manner that will create great impact by helping Yaqeen expand its reach into new markets, further engage audiences, and build a digital global community.   • Create the annual social media strategy of the organization.
  • Work with all stakeholders to formulate key metrics to measure growth.
  • Benchmark strong social media practice and set organizational standards.
  • Create a comprehensive content calendar and monitor all audience comments and concerns through social platforms.
  • Forecast budget for paid and organic Social Media ads.
  • Create reports and present to management.
  • Evaluate engagement data, market trends, and offer solutions to build strong brand identity and loyalty.
  • Plan digital campaigns to further brand/product awareness and engagement.
  • Research and be uptodate on social media trends and market changes to increase user acquisition and retention.
  • Evaluate and understand audience needs to foster a meaningful community.
  • Delegate social media tasks and responsibilities to teammates.
  • Coach and mentor social media manager and intern(s).

Required skills

  • 5-7+ years leading organizational social media experience required.
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or relevant business fields.
  • Analytical and managerial experience coaching team members is required.
  • Proven track record of meeting KPIs and increasing users in all social media platforms.
  • Experience working with Facebook’s suite of paid media tools and other native social networking paid media solutions.
  • Strong understanding of online marketing strategies, channels, and platforms.
  • Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
  • High attention to detail and precise data input.
  • Excellent communication skills, in both verbal and written.
  • Multitasking and analytical skills
  • Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends as necessary to ensure optimal campaign performance. We believe in work-life balance, but from time to time, duty calls.
