Responsibilities

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of donor information and other sensitive information.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize time and accurately complete multiple varied tasks.
  • Quick typing skills with an attention to detail and thoroughness in ensuring task completion.
  • Two to three years related work experience with the Muslim community in the field of development preferred.
  • Respond to all support emails and HubSpot tickets in a timely and professional manner.
  • Uses prepared templates to respond to frequently asked questions.
  • Updates templates used as needed.
  • Mail thank you cards to donors.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Required skills

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff, volunteers, donors, and prospective donors.
  • Ability to manage up and across different staff levels to bring tasks to completion.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
  • Excellent organization, planning, and verbal/written communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work with varying and changing needs
  • Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and potentially holidays as required.
