The Operations Manager will ensure smooth workflow for Operations related work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of donor information and other sensitive information.
- Ability to organize and prioritize time and accurately complete multiple varied tasks.
- Quick typing skills with an attention to detail and thoroughness in ensuring task completion.
- Two to three years related work experience with the Muslim community in the field of development preferred.
- Respond to all support emails and HubSpot tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Uses prepared templates to respond to frequently asked questions.
- Updates templates used as needed.
- Mail thank you cards to donors.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff, volunteers, donors, and prospective donors.
- Ability to manage up and across different staff levels to bring tasks to completion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
- Excellent organization, planning, and verbal/written communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work with varying and changing needs
- Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and potentially holidays as required.
